As a Passenger Handling Agent, I provided front-line customer service to airline passengers, ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience. My responsibilities included assisting with check-in procedures, verifying travel documentation, issuing boarding passes, handling special service requests, and providing guidance throughout the airport terminal. I worked closely with security teams, airline staff, and ground operations to ensure safety compliance and timely boarding. This role required strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a calm, customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
